Your Eyes Image

I had a fantastic experience with Your Eyes Image. Mark and his team were outstanding from start to finish. The service is top-notch, and the showroom is excellent, very welcoming and well put together. Mark is also a pretty funny guy, which made the whole experience even better. I’m really glad I found them and couldn’t be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend Your Eyes Image to anyone in the area!

My family and I have been going to Your Eyes Image for years and it has been ok, but my last few visits I have been very dissatisfied with the front office employees, the doctors have been good. And yesterday was pretty much it. I called in advance because my puppy had chewed my arms on my glasses and I needed a new pair, they said, “ no appointment was needed”, we even talked about me wanting the same frame and what colors were available. So it was going to be pretty fast walk in and out. They would be able to use my prescription they have on file. I drove an hour to get there and they turn me away because they were understaffed and had no one to monitor me while I looked at the frames. I’m still in shock that it happened, was able to make an appointment with an actual office and feel confident that my family of four will be a valued customer there.

I've gone here twice for eye exams and contacts and have been very pleased. The optometrist I saw was good about explaining everything and answering questions. In fact, after I left my last visit, I was having some trouble with a new brand of contacts. I called the office and he got on the phone right away to help me out.

Had nose pads replaced on my sun glasses. Took 10min and $10. Super quick, super nice

He's been there forever and extremely honest
