Really good experience for me. Staff was polite. Dr. Myers was really informative, professional and kind. Gloria helped out with frame selection and options. She didn’t make me feel rushed. Really took the time to explain all the options. Also she was considerate regarding my budget. Appreciated!
I had such a great experience with Visual Edge! The team altogether took their time and listened to my concerns. Dr. Patel took his time to do his examination & eased my concerns by the end of the visit. Most importantly, my favorite part was picking out my lenses. I have never done this before but Sima made it such a delightful experience! She gave her honest opinions & helped pick out the perfect glasses for me. She really took her time and made everything so much fun, felt like we were shopping lol. Please pass this along to her & give her the recognition she deserves! If I could give 10 stars, I would! They helped me right away and patiently spent time with me until I had to leave to pick up my mom. Sima kindly scheduled an appointment for me to return the next day. When I came back, Mireya spent over an hour helping me pick out a trendy pair of readers. I was a bit nervous about the style, but they assured me they looked great.Unfortunately, once I got them home, my husband wasn't a fan, and another family member joked that I looked like David Koresh!Even though I was nervous to go back, I returned within the week to ask if I could exchange them. Without a single second of hesitation, the team agreed because my satisfaction was their priority. They spent even more time helping me pick out a brand-new pair. While I had to pay a small price difference for the new frames, I was more than happy to do so. They likely lost money on the lens swap, but they treated my happiness as paramount.My new readers just arrived, and I absolutely love them! I stopped by with my glasses since they needed to be cleaned. I told the office staff that I'd be happy to pay for an ultrasound cleaning. After the team member had asked two other team members they suddenly said that they only spray clean their lenses which is unbelievable to me since the first team member clearly confirmed that they do have an ultrasound bath. Yes, I didn't buy my glasses at your store, but I just moved to Gilroy out of state and I didn't find your service very welcoming at all.
I love Visual Edge! I see Dr. Dylan and he’s great! My favorite part is walking in and being greeted by Emilia. She’s the sweetest. Gloria helped me pick out my glasses and she knew just what I wanted! She makes picking out glasses so fun and easy. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
