Yissel and Duy were very knowledgeable and attentive in helping us browse and order 2 pairs of sunglasses, answering our questions and walking us through feasibility of prescriptions, sizing/fit, and lens options. They helped me order prescription transition lenses in a rx typically not possible for semi frameless sunglasses, and even threw in the base non-prescription lenses for no extra cost. They went out of their way let us try out different nose pads to dial in the fit, and even helped bend the temple arms for a custom fit on a pair of oakleys that we bought elsewhere. Overall fantastic service - by far the best oakley location we've been to.

Excellent experience while searching for custom Oakley prescription golf sunglasses. FAR superior knowledge, customer care, and pricing than other places that carry Oakley, like Lenscrafters. Dewey and Scott are excellent, imagine rest of crew is good too. Positive, quick, easy, pleasant. I don't live nearby and they went the extra mile to send them to me Overnight Fed Ex.

I visited here in hopes of replacing one of the temples that my daughter had broken by accident, from my prescription Holbrook sunglasses I use everyday. It turned out my glasses were still under warranty and when they found that the frame was cracked they replaced everything! I was so glad, thanks for the help and your great customer service

Great customer service, easy & fast. Had to use my sons sunglasses insurance that we paid $20. His sun glasses got a really bad scratch during a game. $40 for a brand new set 👌
