Walmart Vision Center

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Order took less than 30 minutes and really helpful in picking my frames. I did have to get my exam elsewhere since they don't do them anymore.

Worst experience ever! I took my current readers with me and told the manager I wanted the same thing. Now mind you, I chose less expensive frames and she told me the price would be $350. This was with my insurance!! I didn't have my previous receipt with me, so when I got home and saw that last year, I paid $179, I tried to call 3x, but no answer and they were closed on Sunday, so I called and talked with her on Monday at which time she told me my current lenses were plastic and she sold me the glass lenses which are th top of the line, which I didn't ask for. She advised me if I chose to cancel or change my order it would take my insurance company 4 to 6 weeks to update, which I found out to be another lie. I've submitted the review link Walmart sent to me and asked to have someone above her call me, which never happened and I also filled out the other survey they sent and still wasn't called by anyone above the manager of the vision center. This woman ripped me off and she lied to me. Walmart never followed up, so I will continue to reach out to as many people as I can. I'm almost 60 and have never felt like this before as a customer of Walmart. I'm just one person to them, but can't believe no one has contacted me. Do not buy your eye glasses from this place. They must work on commission and they truly don't care about their customers. What a horrible experience! I'm sure that even with this being my 3rd documented complaint, I won't hear from anyone. ☹️

The technicians and doctor there were very helpful. They were able to schedule me the closest available appointment and answered all my questions about my vision-related condition. Overall, I had a positive experience during my eye appointment here and will be back in 6 months for a check-up! (PS, Ariana was particularly helpful with checking me in and patient about my (many) questions as well!).

My frames broke after 5 weeks and they would not replace them.i did not buy a protection plan but i expected them to be covered for at least 90 days

Louis was extremely helpful and resourceful. He went above and beyond to assist me with all questions. 10/10 Would recommend.
