Best in town, EYC is my yearly optometrist with wide range of glass options and frame collection. They also offer very good repair service free of cost to existing customers. I always feel welcomed and had a great experience with both doctors and other associates

New patient, was able to get an appointment quickly. Staff was friendly and professional. Good location and easy parking. Wait time was short and exam was thorough. Pricing for new glasses generally what I've paid at other locations. For first time visit was very satisfied.

I brought my mother here because she is traveling this weekend and urgently needed glasses. We clearly explained from the start that timing was critical. They processed her insurance and told us it only covered “basic glasses,” which would take approximately 4 weeks. When I asked if we could pay out-of-pocket to get a second pair expedited, they said that was not possible. Instead, we were presented with upgrade options: • “Premium” pair: $1,090 • “Standard” pair: $580 The interaction felt more focused on selling upgrades than offering practical solutions. The most concerning issue was the retinal imaging. It was performed as part of the exam without clearly asking for consent or explaining that it was optional. Afterward, we were informed that insurance did not cover it and that my mother would have to pay out-of-pocket. That disclosure should have been made before performing the imaging, not after. When I declined to purchase glasses and requested a copy of the prescription so we could go elsewhere, I was told it would be emailed by the end of the business day. As of the end of the day, we still have not received it. I checked my inbox and spam folder. They clearly have the correct email address because they sent appointment reminders to it. Now I will need to call again to request the prescription a second time. Patients should not have to chase down their own prescription or deal with last-minute surprises about uncovered charges. Overall, the experience felt non-transparent, sales-driven, and poorly handled — especially given the urgency we communicated from the beginning. I would recommend looking for a more straightforward and transparent provider.

Good machines and calm environment, but accounting, billing, and communication about appointments needs to be tightened up a bit. I was charged 3 times for contact lens fittings when me and my daughter only had one session together, this would have went unnoticed if I didn’t ask for receipts for my records, and it still was not credited back like I was told it was. SMH

Reccomend ! Easy appointment set up. Friendly representative. Front desk receptionist very sweet and helpful. Assistant was very patient with my child 8yo. Dr. Jackie did a great job with the exam as well. She provided information and was very kind to us! The sales representative showing the glasses she is awesome! She helped me with my glasses back in 2023. Great environment! Smooth process.
