I am a 23 year old man…I don’t leave google reviews. But, the staff here were truly such a pleasure. I arrived to my appointment 15 mins late because I was having a hard time finding the store, and to be totally honest I showed up steaming I was so annoyed I was late. They helped me find the store and honored my appointment. That’s all great, but once I started interacting with their staff is when I was really impressed. The young lady who did the initial eye test should be a comedian she is so funny and quick witted. The eye doctor then followed her up and was equally helpful, hilarious, and refreshing. I truly haven’t ever experienced a team of staff that were able to turn my day around like that, AT THE EYE DOCTOR! Amazing job, I’ll be back till I die.

I had a great experience today. Scheduling the appt was a breeze..there was minimal info to fill out pre-exam. The tech was friendly and the Dr was thorough and very nice. I will definitely be back for my exam next year.

I've used Dr. Zmyslinski for many years, and though I've used some others along the way, I come back to him, as he is the one I trust the most. For competence, straightforward and friendliness, he stands far above any others over the years. Great office staff as well!

While I might have been a bit hesitant on LensCrafters in the mall, it was a good experience with the front desk receptionist (incredibly friendly), the staff as I entered equally kind and even more so the doctor who examined me. Assessed quickly an issue and informative. Able to get a quick appointment (same day) as well online (even better). Only feedback is the tech was not a tad aloof and limited on directions (ie speaking). All and all I would go back for sure.

Dr. Zmyslinski is fantastic! We were in town visiting family in Scottsdale and I had to get my eyes checked which always makes me nervous. His team was very welcoming, professional, and friendly. Dr Zmyslinski is also very personable, knowledgeable, and informative.
