We all go to different Walmarts and we experience different customer service - this one store here , I have never ever seen such a great exceptional customer service from a lady thats either a store manager or something , the way she treated the workers was amazing and used , thank you or hold let me help you , she seemed to know what she is doing, I was trying to purchase two tires and we had some small issues, but she took control and it was taken care of pretty fast, who ever this store lady manager is, shes a 10/10 type of customer service, we need more like her in stores as big as this one

It all started when I went through the threshold of one of the biggest chains in the United States called WalMart...AKA the happiest place in Yuma...Thrusting with the odor of a favorite spot in the football size store towards my presence...gliding to that happy place...where all the magic is expose to the customers to give a sight to that smell of all that oohwee gooey goodness...and all the treats in a 6x6 area filled with nothing but the kindness of love for the body to indulge in every way...finally to get my sore eyes a greeting of that special presence of anything from corndogs to sweet and crispy chicken sliders...I decided to get both...after taking my first bite of each I was taken back by the freshness of the mini meal...when I engulfed the rest...as if it were going off the menu...with the multitude of treats and mini meals offered by this glorious kitchen...and staff that put the time in prepping and cooking these magic mini meals...goes to show that each and every item is made with Sam Walton vision of giving what the customer is wanting...hence the extra most bestest items to pick from...ending with that in mind...my trip to the land of crispy treats and flavorful mini meals was worth the stop...and after all is said and done... don't forget to pay the lady...
I'm giving it a 3 ⭐ only because my shopping experiences have been good every time I've came here to shop but oh God if it was based on bathroom cleanliness 0 ⭐ Today was the first time I had to use the bathroom while I was shopping & absolutely disgusting 🤢🤢 I didn't have to pee anymore after seeing the women's bathroom now I had the need to puke because upon entering the smell was penetrating then I went into a stall and realized why...
I found everything I needed in one trip and then some. The frozen section is being remapped and was a little confusing, but I ask for something and the employee took me right to it. Not a common occurrence and much appreciated.
Went to the Electronics department to buy a printer and ink for the printer. Asked the lady who was organizing/cleaning a rack for help getting the ink and she immediately hit me with “Just a minute” in the stankest way possible. I asked her nicely for help and she acted like I was being a burden to her. So I stood by the ink cartridge case for about 7 minutes waiting for her to eventually help me. Nothing. She just kept on cleaning and ignored me. So I went to the counter and pressed the little help button thingy. Another staff member came by and helped me a few moments later. I found it very peculiar that this was the moment she finally stopped what she was doing. But instead of apologizing she just walks by us and has the audacity to look at him and giggle like there was some kind of inside joke between them. So I told him that I asked her for help but apparently she was too busy to do that. He apologized to me for the wait, though. He seemed more personable than her, that’s for sure. I give him kudos for that and a big fat zero to the rudest broad in that Electronics Dept. And that’s the censored version of what I would like to call her. 😉
