I wholeheartedly recommend 20/20 Vision if you're looking for a warm, close-knit community that truly personalizes every visit. The staff is consistently kind, welcoming, and attentive. I've been a loyal patient here for over a decade, and Dr. Chan and her team never fail to impress. I especially appreciate how they remember the personal details I share—whether it's about my work, school, or future plans—which shows how deeply they care about their patients beyond just the clinical aspect. Their outstanding customer service sets them apart, and unlike many healthcare offices, they create a safe, judgment-free space for you to express any concerns. It's clear they prioritize patient comfort and genuine care in everything they do!

I went in for an appointment that was booked out 2 months. They got me in the next monday. 4 days. The wait was 5 minutes and right in. While I waited I found affordable glasses. I got two pairs and a free set of contact lenses. Dr Chan Is very nice and very thorough. The glass frames are affordable. and came in within a day. I was blessed. They have nice music and every one was very professional and They listened. I liked the atmosphere. Dr Chan said my eyes actually got better. One thing is scope the parking lot for entrance on both sides. go slow and keep your eyes open on Pyramid and Prater. it’s just a busy corner. I will definitely return. A nice experience in all. This place is great. I don’t really believe the other bad reviews. They were very thorough in the eye exam and explained everything there was to explain about the current condition of your eyes. I bought a new pair of glasses and frames and it only took about 5 days and those turned out great. They were also able to get a strong prescription sunglasses lens into a large frame which is difficult to do and those also turned out great and those took about 8 days. I’ve been to other places that all said they couldn’t do it. Prices are good and service is incredible!

This office is great! The staff are all amazing and friendly. Dr. Chan is attentive, kind, and explains my situation clearly. I am always able to get in for a medical appointment in a matter of a day or two, which is great for myself who has lots of bad styes and the like. I am very wary of Christian businesses and am generally very uncomfortable in settings like this office with religious radio and posters, but I genuinely deal with it because of how great Dr. Chan and the staff are. (Also don’t worry, they don’t preach to you).
