Doctor was fantastic the staff was not. I went to get new glasses and had minimal help compared to what I’m used to receiving at the north valleys office. I’ve been calling for months trying to order contacts and all calls have been ignored. I stoped by and the lady mentioned that I needed to go to another office to order. That would have been fantastic to get a call back weeks ago and just told that in the first place.

There service was great. I got in early and was done in no time. Just had to wait a little longer then I would have wanted getting a copy of my prescription. Just a little miscommunication is all. But I would recommend them for sure staff was very welcoming. I had no issues with the optometrist at all. He was very nice. Everyone has their opinions though.

The people that work there are friendly, helpful and smile when you talk to them. I got help picking out my eye glasses. That alone was great. The lady that helped me was awesome.... she even changed where the line for my bifocals goes.... I've never had anyone do that for me, how awesome!!!... can't wait to go back and pick them up in 3 weeks.

Myself and my child recently went here for exams. We have medicaid at the moment, and this place took medicaid. The front desk staff were awesome, but the techs and the eye doctor were horrible! My exam only lasted maybe 5 minutes, and I've had plenty of eye exams in my life to know that it should take longer than that. The doctor doesn't seem to care at all, and was very dismissive of my concerns. After a second opinion at another optometrist, they found that the prescription that I was given was way too strong! My child had the same problem! Lots of migraines! They don't care here, and I would advise anyone that has medicaid to AVOID this place at all cost! I've had a few friends that have had the same experience here. Pritchett eye care, DO BETTER!!!!!!

The Dr. was very nice. But the staff is terrible. The person fits your glasses is much more interested in up selling then actually doing her job. The staff acted like they would like to be anywhere else. The music was atrocious.
