20-20 Vision

I went in a little bit skeptical about seeing the Dr. ( Dr. Yao)) But it was the best eye exam I’ve ever had. Easy to distinguish between the two choices while the exam was going on, and he explained everything very well. After the exam, I saw Riley who was super helpful while I was choosing my frames and went over all the options I had with my insurance. He was quite patient when another customer also began chiming in with her opinions and it took the 3 of us to choose my frames. 😉 The next pair was sunglasses 🕶 and he showed me a frame that had just come in, which I chose. When the glasses came in he had to jump through hoops and adjust more than once and he did so carefully and patiently. The same with the sunglasses when he had to deal with a manufacturer difficulty. He was very personable as well as professional. I highly recommend this place!!!! ( and ask for Riley!)

Wow! What a great experience. The opticians were all overly nice and accommodating. Sam's Club has obviously boosted up staffing to make customers feel more welcome. There were 3 of them working and it was not very busy. What I am even more impressed about is their Optometrist, Albert Yao, OD. I've been really struggling with my vision for over 10 years. I've been to several Optometrists, including big name ones that are linked to Ophthalmologists, and they all said my eyes just couldn't be corrected due to cornea abnormalities. I just kept bouncing around to try and find other solutions. I'm so fortunate that I gave Sam's a try. After I explained my issues, Dr Yao did some old school techniques to see what was really going on. No other Dr had done these techniques. Dr Yao got me in focus in the exam room. I was stunned. I ordered my glasses through Sam's too and they came within a week. My eyes took about a day to adjust to the new lenses but I can now see! Who would have guessed that a team in a big box store could do things so many others couldn't....and with kindness from everyone involved, that has been lost in retail settings as of late. Thank you thank you thank you!

Riley has very very good customer service and excellent with his sales. He's very patient and gave me good information and the best deal. Because of him I'll keep going back. I'm a very satisfied customer

Literally waited at the register for 20 minutes before giving up and leaving. Granted the gal was helping another customer, but I just needed to drop off a prescription and they should be trained better on how to service more than one customer at a time.

Their prices are great and their service is excellent. Plus hours are very convenient. I will contine to go back for my kids glasses. They will fix eye glasses if they were purchased there no extra charge.
