Best eye care place I've been to! I wanted contacts at the last minute before vacation. Called another of their locations first, but no availability right away. So the phone helper checked their other locations and got me in here the next day! In depth exam, showing and explaining my eye situation with the images they took. I actually learned about my eyes and what their tools do! They provided me with a trial and held my order until I knew I was satisfied and comfortable, and they were not an overpriced brand name either. I didn't know what style glasses fit my face, they found the perfect match - so many compliments! The day after getting my glasses they were bonked and bent while moving. Amazing warranty, fixed them for free in minutes! Professional and friendly - Spencer, Lexi, Arek and Aly were all wonderfully helpful. I found MyEyeDoctor for life!

This is the eye doctor to go to! From my very first visit, the experience was easier, more pleasant, and far friendlier than any other office I’ve been to since having LASIK. I stopped in today to buy a pair of sunglasses, and Janelle was absolutely amazing. She’s incredibly knowledgeable but explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand without making you feel overwhelmed. She genuinely cares about her patients, takes the time to answer questions, and is incredibly thorough. If you’re looking for an eye doctor with a welcoming staff and exceptional service, I can’t recommend this office enough.

I highly recommend this eye care practice! Every visit has been a wonderful experience. Lexi is an excellent technician who is consistently kind, courteous, and professional. Dr. Duggan takes the time to thoroughly explain the health of my eyes, discuss anything I should monitor, and offer helpful recommendations for maintaining my vision. Janelle greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel genuinely welcome. Her attentive listening and positive demeanor left a lasting impression and made me feel truly valued as a patient. I am grateful for the exceptional care and compassionate service provided by this outstanding team. Spencer completed the exceptional experience by taking the time to share his love of musical instruments with my son. His kindness and willingness to connect with him made our visit even more memorable.

I stopped in after my workout yesterday hoping to have my glasses looked at, and Aly was incredibly helpful! She adjusted my glasses so they would stop sliding down my nose, which made such a difference. She also helped me with my favorite pair of sunglasses, which were missing a couple of screws. Not only was she able to salvage my favorite sunglasses, but she went above and beyond by replacing the nose pads as well! Thank you so much, Aly, for being so kind and helpful. The entire staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly cares about providing great service. I really appreciate the wonderful experience!

I recently visited MyEyeDr in Broomfield. The staff was very helpful and professional. Dr. Duggan took time to help me understand my contacts more in depth. Lexi was very professional when doing the exams before seeing the doctor. And Janelle was excellent in helping me order contacts and even adjusted my glasses that very much needed adjusting. Definitely going back for next year’s eye exam.
