3d Vision Next To Walmart

I had a great experience! Called for an appt. Once there, had to wait a few minutes. Secretary was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Optometrist: ditto. I got an Rx for my first progressive glasses. There was no pushy sale to buy from Walmart (and I ended up using Zenni online). Very happy with how they turned out, which means my optometrist gave me the right Rx. Also, she gave me my PD (for ordering online). I also got an Rx for contacts. First trial pair was great, but I realized the Eureka! brand (Walmart) is much cheaper. I called in, she updated my Rx and gave me a new trial pair, which is also great. So I'll be ordering from Walmart Contacts. (Can also order in the adjoining Walmart Vision Center.)

This lady is worth the wait.. she takes the time to fit you properly.. very pleased with my contacts and prescription glasses

I’ve been seeing the same optometrist for 11 years and they didn’t take my new insurance, so I had to find a new doctor. I tried 3D Vision and I loved it. The staff were very knowledgeable and very nice. The visit with the doctor was very easy and laid back. She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I’d highly recommend this office!

I tried to make an appointment but the lady that answered they phone was not the most helpful when it came to Insurence. She told me they don’t take BlueCross. I called and found out I have Superior with my BlueCross and she just kept telling me they don’t take BlueCross after I called back and told her I had both ... I don’t understand all the ways Insurence works. I was told by BlueCross they cover eye exams but if a provider doesn’t take it then Superior will... which I found out after I called the next eye Dr. office who knew immediately when I told her what I had .... but this lady didn’t know that for herself much less to tell me and she wasn’t very nice by the second call with me trying to understand. I logged in online and yes you do take my Superior insurance and I also found out if you had taken my info you could have looked it up by my ssn . I hear Dr. Dewart is actually very good. But dealing with her front desk was unpleasant and now I’m driving to Athens and I’m not happy about it.

I love this office. I have had good experiences with staff and Dr alike. I can always get in to see the Dr when ever I needed too. I love the laid back style of the office, Dr takes her time and does a through exam
