Called to confirm prescription was accurately filled. Was put on hold and transferred to a number unmonitored. Bonnie answered 2nd time and started out helpful but when asked to let me finish my question accused me of "taking a tone". Replied with a "have a nice day" and hung up. Unprofessional and unacceptable .

Traveling through town from far away when I realized I forgot my contact lenses. Needed to get a few without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. Cheryl was so helpful! She worked with me and got me what I needed and billed my insurance. She really made this an easy experience.

I had to come in because the lens had fallen out of my glasses. Cheryl was so kind and helpful. She was able to repair my glasses in short order. Highly recommended.
