I have never ordered lenses and gotten them the next day but 802 eyes thoroughly and pleasantly surprised me. Typically I have to wait weeks and they were ready in less than 24 hours. Recently I broke my frames and I went in they had me in a new temporary frame at no extra charge within an hour on a saturday!! I love this place it is definitely the best customer service and quality care in the area!

Your prompt and decisive actions when i arrived unexpectedly at 8:00AM 12/30/25 with a medical emergency made it possible for me to quickly receive treatment at the ER. I have a patient of Dr Pincombe’s for many years. She has always been kind, patient and professional. Their diagnostic equipment is cutting edge. They have a great selection of frames at fair prices and build and fit new specs very quickly.
802 Eye Care is the best eye care experience I've ever had ( I've had glasses for 24 years). Incredible staff! My husband and I had the pleasure of Edita's help. She took us step by step with our insurance/ and buying frames and lenses. Edita made it seemless from start to finish. Not to mention we had forgotten our prescriptions at home and she was able to still help us pick out frames and the extras (later we emailed her our prescriptions with no fuss !). All we had to do was enjoy picking frames ! She was also knowledgeable in all areas of fittings for glasses, name brands and styles ! Hands down we will be returning to 802 eye care for all of our eye care needs!
Absolutely amazing!! I mean went in had eye exam then was super surprised I was able to wait.with on-site glasses in about an hour. I unfortunately had an issue with my glasses. I contacted them and just great individuals so kind appreciative patience understand and living quite a bit away again just made the entire process painless & great full. I had a second mishap with my frames I reached their door with very little time left closing on a Saturday. But my goodness just great great took me and again super kind patience we weren't able to get same day and I definitely knew I had made ot to the door by minutes either way took me & with like super super surprise when told could have them shipped to me at home yessss thank you ten times over 802 Eye greatly appreciate you all and distance or not 802 Eyes are the only one I'll ever SEE again 😊 🙂 Jennifer Jasmin 🫶🌻
