My wife and I have been going to Lens Crafters in Burlington for a couple years. Our experience has been excellent! Last week, Celia helped me getting my currant frames updated after my cataract surgery. She was efficient and very nice while working on my new lenses. She looked for savings in my order and found some substantial discounts. Paula has been my "Go To" person since we've been going there. On my last visit she gave me additional discounts which was super appreciated. Especially so because my insurance was already used for this year. Even though we only go about two times a year or so, she remembers our names and always treats us like old friends. Thank you Paula! Alan too assisted us in the past. He is very helpful and is a gentleman. These are good people and I whole heartedly recommend this particular store for your eye glass needs.

I walked into LensCrafters and was immediately greeted by Allen. Allen was super helpful and very kind while tightening up the frames on my regular glasses and prescription sunglasses. Very efficient and great service. Thank you! Kevin

I had a pair of secondhand Ray-Ban sunglasses that fit very loosely on my head so I came in to see if they could do anything to solve the issue and Charlie was there and he was super helpful. He adjusted the glasses to fit the shape of my ears and they didn’t even charge me anything. I was super happy and Would 100% recommend anyone go there!

I went into Lens Crafters with my friend and fiancé. We were helping my friend look for new frames. We go in and my friend tries on a pair of frames. I asked if it was okay to put them back when she was done trying them on or if they wanted them to be put somewhere to be cleaned because I know some places like to clean their glasses in between try ons. This old lady with short hair who was working there turns towards me and says “No we don’t do that anymore it’s not covid time” she said it in a rude tone. She then turns towards my friend and says that the section we were looking in is $300(there most expensive section) which is not a problem for my friend but continues to guide us towards the discount section. I noticed she kept staring at us. She made the environment very hostile and was very classist towards my friend. Not only was she classist but I have a feeling it had to do with the color of mine and my fiancé’s skin. LensCrafters needs to do better. Don’t hire old hags who think it’s okay to judge people. My friend even told her that we were just looking for right now and that she would come back later with her actual prescription. The lady clearly wanted us out. She needs to get off her high horse. She’s not better than anyone and her main job should be assisting us and helping not shaming.

My wife went in to have her glasses adjusted for fitting. The tech did such a great job… she wishes she’d gotten his name . Thank you. The glasses fit way better.
