Like another reviewer, we arrived for a vacation in Stowe and I was able to call and get a box of contact lenses since I forgot my own. The gentleman on the phone was amazing as he let me know exactly what I needed to do. After my prescription got faxed over he put aside a box for me and I was able to pick them up the next morning! Adam helped us when we got there and he was pleasant and personable.

My first experience by phone with this place was horrendous; so, want to update as I did finally call and spoke with a very helpful person. Took in my prescription and got two pairs of glasses - for the cost of what just one pair costs at my optometrist office! Also - the HD lens are amazing! Crystal clear vision! And, even though my eye doctor had made an error on my prescription, they were extremely helpful in finding out what the problem was (the error) and remedying it without any extra charge. And the auto-texts telling me when the glasses were ready is helpful.

Easiest exam and glasses purchase I've done. Waited a few minutes for reception to get to me, filled out a form, saw the tech, saw the doctor, paid, then walked out to the glasses center, picked a pair, and paid for those. New glasses and trial contacts are both supposed to be a couple weeks. Contacts exam was a little more expensive but they explained and gave me info about my insurance and were super upfront about the costs from the very beginning when I made the appointment.
