I LOVE this business. I have been a client since 1985 and keep coming back because they are so good at what they do (and they love what they do)! My prescription just changed and they were incredible explaining all of my options and helping me to select the right lenses and frames. I’m grateful to be able to trust my vision to their care!
I've been getting glasses at EyeCare of Vermont for about 5 years. Always have great interactions with the Optometrists, eyeglass fitters, and front of house reception. Just ordered a pair of sunglasses and dropped off a pair of eyeglasses for scratch warranty replacement. Sophie was a great help. She had a cheerful personality and I was able to get good feedback on my sunglasses selection.
I have been a patient at Eye Care of VT for about 10 years and have never had a bad experience. There have been a couple of times I had an urgent eye problem and they are always gracious about seeing me unexpectedly. The visits are efficient and supportive. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly.
Appt with doc was fine but asked about contacts and a fitting was performed without telling me it would be an additional $135. Questioned cashier about it and she wasn’t particularly helpful or nice. Really unhappy about that part of the experience. Been going here for 13 years but reconsidering now.
Dr Erickson and the whole office at Eyecare of Vermont are thorough and completey professional. The are friendly and take to time to explain what they are doing, as well as all options available. I would recommend them highly to anyone in need of eye care.
