I have been going to the Summit location for 6 years. This year will be my last. The front desk staff does not care (Chelsea) and has little to no knowledge about eye insurance. When I explain to them I’m not returning because of my interaction there was no concern. Every interaction with this individual has led to me needing to research what is factual with my insurance. It’s frustrating to have such sub par service and no accountability for the behavior or lack of customer service. I would think twice about doing business here.the crazy part is look at the reviews that no one has acknowledge for the last few months and how terrible they are! YOU GUYS WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE BUSINESS IF YOU DON’T ADDRESS THIS!

They are rude and don’t want to do a replacement pair of glasses that insurance cover 1 replacement pair every year !! I requesting a replacement pair on the 5 th and being told that the technician would call me that day and never did I!! they want a copay before they even order we had to wait over 2 week for me to call them back and find out they haven’t even ordered or did anything I !! Good luck with this office !!!

my son & I had an horrible experience here! The optometrist was very short mannered, rude & overall impatient while dealing with a 5 year old patient. While this may not be a place that solely specializes in smaller children, they still take them.! You’d expect for someone to be more well mannered dealing with a kid! This was terrible, extremely disheartening & unacceptable. We definitely will not be returning here!!!

I wouldn't recommend this place. I went in today with my meta frames, and Larry damaged my lenses by heating the frame, which they are not supposed to do! He then handed me my lenses and said they were souvenirs. $550 down the drain on lenses. He melted them.

We were given an incorrect prescription for my child. He was told he was -5.00 in both eyes, which was later proven inaccurate after a second opinion... his actual prescription was closer to -0.25 / -0.50. This error caused significant delays and prevented my child from seeing properly. Waiting for glasses is already frustrating, but having to wait even longer due to an error on their end is unacceptable. We were originally seen on 11/10 and told the corrected glasses would not be ready until after the new year. Although they offered to correct the issue, we ultimately had to go elsewhere to ensure my child had glasses. A mistake of this magnitude is unacceptable, especially for a child. I strongly recommend verifying your prescription or seeking a second opinion before ordering glasses here.
