Today was my first visit at Acadiana Optics and I was quite pleased and comfortable. The front area is welcoming and all staff members were polite, professional, and friendly. As someone who works in tech, it was very important that I find someone, who could provide me with an initial comprehensive exam, and determine what the best care for my vision would be going forward. Dr. Lindsay Dugas is wonderful! Her and her team explained everything to me thoroughly, from beginning to end, and I did not feel rushed whatsoever. I felt confident when selecting my frames and pricing/add-ons were explained in great detail (what my insurance covered vs. my out of pocket cost). I would certainly recommend Dr. Lindsay, and her team, to take care of you vision needs!
