Amazing visit here. Every single person, from the front end people, to the doctor's assistant, to the doctor (Dr Tran), to the woman who helped me pick out glasses was wonderful - professional and so friendly. I wish the practices I have to go to for my regular medical care had personnel this great. Their prices for exams and glasses are also fair if you're self pay. Absolutely recommend.
My experience was very positive. The staff were very professional and attentive. The physician took time to answer all questions. I was additionally given information as to how to access my portal chart and retrieve summary of experience. And I was able to get an appointment for the same day for follow up for urgent care visit.

Check in took a little longer than usual because I changed insurance, but the receptionist was helpful and professional. I'm new to Medicare and he explained what was covered and how my copay worked. I was seen within a few minutes of my appointment time, and they were very nice and friendly. Dr Tadrus explained how my eyes were changing and what my options are. Everything went well. I have been going to Access Eye for 5 years now and am very happy with all of the staff at all 3 Fredericksburg locations.
