I had an outstanding experience at Chancellor Eye Care! From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. The front desk staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The assistant was knowledgeable, patient, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. The doctor was thorough, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions while ensuring I received the best care possible. The glasses technician was also amazing — extremely helpful in finding the perfect fit and style for my needs. On top of the excellent service, Chancellor Eye Care has a fantastic selection of eyeglass frames with so many stylish and high-quality options to choose from.

Excellent experience! From the front desk reception through to check-out, the entire experience was great. I am a corporate trainer and leadership coach; I can tell when a team is working well and when they are not. Every member of the staff is polite, professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I highly recommend Chancellor Eye Care. Dr's Pilot and Rose are both great, and they explain what they are doing the entire time. I appreciate being informed as a patient, and they both use that approach.

Doctor was knowledgeable and professional, and the technician was nice. The exam was a good experience and a great co-pay price with my insurance. The ladies in the Optical Department were awesome. They gave us some great information, and were knowledgeable and quick. However the frames are over priced and you get the ones on the shelf, people have tried on. The lenses seam to cost more too, then other places.

Everyone was very professional and treated me like I had been a patient for years. Dr Pilat was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything as she was performing the exam. I am very happy with the service. My daughter recommended them to me and I am very grateful. Thank you for the outstanding service.

We have a large family and this practice is so wonderful for us! They are very accommodating and get us all taken care of in one day. They are so patient with our children. We have a child with special needs as well and they work well with her to do her exam. The optical ladies are so friendly and kind. They truly show they care and you can tell they enjoy their jobs.
