I had a wonderful experience at Accurate Vision Clinic today. From the front desk staff to Dr Crawford to the glasses personnel to the billing specialists, everyone was professional and took their time to make sure I was taken care of. I was coming in from rural Alaska and had a flight delay - the office gave me flexibility with my appointment time. There was an issue with my insurance - the staff made sure I knew about it right away and explained all of my options - no surprises! Dr Crawford was thorough with his exam and made sure I was happy with my prescription. And the ladies in the glasses department were fun to have around as I looked at different glasses options - never pushy, but aware and available. I’m so glad I found Accurate and will be recommending it to my friends!

Dr Smith is very efficient and helpful! Everybody who works at accurate is kind and respectful. Emily had very good suggestions for my new frames and she found one I liked very quickly which usually doesn’t happen! Thank you to everybody at accurate vision!

Kayli was so wonderful. She was so helpful with my grandma. She spent lots of time answering all of her questions and helping pick the best glasses for her, while keeping in mind her budget. She made us feel very comfortable, and we will be coming back, just for her!

For my first Experience i give 10/10 . The welcome staff was perfect, the Doctor took his time to explain everything to me, and than KAYLI was the cherry on top.she makes the Experience really comfortable and friendly. Thank-you.
