Walmart Vision Center

After calling around the local stores looking to repair my frames, I happened to stumble upon this department while shopping in Walmart. I explained my dilemma to Melissa (Lisa Spires), she gave excellent customer service. Kind of a breath of fresh air receiving solutions and suggestions from a professional instead of turning me away for the repair. Melissa came back with the tools and showed me how she would repair, and what needed to be done. 24 hours later my frames were back to new! Oh man she was a breath of fresh air. Especially with me being a person of color to be treated fairly, with decency, and extra effort beyond what she was expected to do. Thank you again Melissa! I hope my loud appreciation was great payment since you declined my money.

Fast, easy and good Eye exam. Then picked up a frame in the Glass section. Lisa was helpful. Got my eye glasses in 5 days. They are exactly what I needed. Thanks 🙏🏻

Great personalities but it took over 2 hours for the exam to take place. What only took 15-20 minutes of examination was spread out over 2 hours. They were accepting walk-ins and worked on them as we waited in the lobby to be examined. I would suggest that they focus on people with appointments first and make them priority. 1 doctor was working with at least 6+ patients at the time I was scheduled for. Not trying to bash them but we had family plans that were cut very short due to the length of time it took and that really hurts a good review. But this is the experience I received today. 2/10/24

Wow! I called in advance to find out if my insurance worked and Lisa went so above and beyond making calls to help me!!! This kind of customer service is rare these days. Thank you, Lisa! What a gem 😇
