My husband and I have been needing eye exams and treatment for a while, but putting it off. We went in today to see Dr Hundley . We were both greeted on time with a friendly hello by the young lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name). We were seen by the doc on time, which is huge for me. I like to know that my time is appreciated, and is one of the reasons I chose this practice instead of many older ones near us. Doc saw us both, made a plan for each. My husband left with an order for some cool new glasses, and I left with contacts and perfect vision!! Woohoo! Gone are the days of my phone don’t being maxed out! I was even given a trial pair to make sure I was comfortable with the contact lens route. The assistant(again, sorry about the name not being recalled), was amazing and made sure I got them in on my own and felt at ease with doing so. She was literally the nicest person I’ve encountered in a very long time in a medical setting (I’m a retired nurse, so tend to be more critical than most) So all in all, we are very pleased with our appointments and experiences, even when he went to pick out his frames- that lady was a sweetheart too! I’d take a picture, but only have one of the bill- which was almost nothing because they take our insurance too!!
