I have not had an eye appointment in several years and I have needed to get a current eye exam and prescription for glasses and contacts. I wanted to find a facility that took my vision insurance and CVG was an option. The front desk assistants are absolutely phenomenal. They made scheduling super easy and gladly answered any questions I had. The clinical assistant was incredible! She was so thoughtful and considerate and explained in detail every next step of my appointment (which helps eases anxiety and nerves!). Dr. Lutley was so amazing! She was kind, informative and personable and was truly a pleasure to talk with. This is hands down probably the best practice full of kind individuals who are so easy to talk to. I look forward to returning and I will recommend this practice to anyone in need of an eye exam, eye problem visit.

THIS is my new favorite place for eyecare. Everyone was extremely polite and Dr. Lutley is the best. She was very helpful in explaining every step of the way. And she is hilarious. Really made my eye exam a pleasant experience.

I have had a huge amount of difficulty dealing with getting contact lenses and a prescription straight after an exam. I never had this problem when I dealt with Dr House directly. Appointments are made incorrectly and when you show up, they’re telling you it was your fault which is not correct. I’m all for accountability on my part but they certainly aren’t. We’ll go elsewhere!
