I would give a zero but that option is not available, I'm not sure where to start. Your lucky if they answer the phone, they never return your calls the girl at the front desk is incompetent she has no clue how customer service works and if you want to get glasses forget it 8 to 10 weeks is an insane amount of time. Hands down the worst experience ever to get scheduled and try and get glasses. If your on the fence about trying them TRUST ME DONT BOTHER ITS NOT WORTH IT.

Called on Wednesday scheduled Appointment the next day on Thursday... Had no problems Thank You to doctor and staff

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Not only did I have to return back and forth to the exam room multiple times due to the doctor forgetting to do parts of the exam, I was sent home with contacts that are not even my accurate prescription and was told “It should be fine for now”. Additionally, they incorrectly overcharged me and when I brought it to their attention they said they were issuing a refund that I NEVER received. Instead, they have since REPEATEDLY tried to charge my card OVER TWELVE TIMES without my knowledge, consent, or approval. Fortunately my bank flagged the fraud and declined the charges. My card had to be cancelled and I am having to be issued a new one because of this place. My appointment was on 09/24 and they are STILL trying to charge my card over and over again as of today 09/27 despite getting their money TWICE already while I was in the office. Save yourself the hassle and just go to a standalone eye center. This one has some very shady and unprofessional practices.

Don’t go here. Go to yelp and you will see bad reviews. I didn’t know beforehand. I had a contact lens exam it was fast, I’ve never had an eye doctor test my eyes with my contacts in. They typically will test with and without. It felt like they were in a rush closing up. They charged me for a lens fitting and offered no trial or fitting. Which again is a first. I complained of headaches, they didn’t do any scans or check my retina which again is a first. Luckily I was able to go another optometrist who was able to give me a through and ethical eye exam and provide a viable prescription. The optometrist even co-signed that what ever prescription the optometrist at accusation gave me was not viable. Do not go here I can’t even use any hack prescriptions they provided me- waste of my insurance benefit, money & time.

I took my daughter to the location in concord nc customer service was horrible. The doctor came into the room and was very cold. He didnt even introduce himself. I said good morning to him three times, then he finally says good morning. he didn't explain anything to you. he doesn't talK to you, he doesn't tell you if your eyes are good, bad,normal what he found nothing!! He acted as if he hated his job. He sent us to the front When he was done and still no communication about our visit. The receptionist was on the phone while talking to me at the same time. she said do you want "some medicaid glasses" go to the desk over there pick a pair out and bring them back to me. all while she is on the phone. still no communication about our visit. If you are looking for a good service and professionalism do not go to this location especially dont bring your children.
