I had an amazing experience getting my two new pairs of glasses — one pair of sunglasses and one everyday pair. Shauna went above and beyond to help me. Her shift had already ended, but she stayed to assist me because everyone else was helping other customers, and she didn’t want to see me waiting for so long. She kindly stepped in to get me started and made sure I was taken care of. I truly appreciated her dedication to great customer service. She handled everything swiftly and completed the entire process with me from start to finish. She never rushed and maintained a positive, personal touch throughout the entire interaction. I’ve been getting my glasses here for years, and this was one of those experiences I definitely won’t forget. Thank you so much for all your help. I truly hope the company values you as an employee because you work hard and give your very best. Shauna is a fantastic Assistant Manager who I believe could excel in any role within the company. Great job, and thank you again!
