From the moment I walked in everyone was very friendly, Kim greeted me immediately. She helped me the whole time I was in and was super patient and answered all of my questions. She was fantastic from start to finish. Best part is I got my glasses in about an hour once I confirmed what I wanted. At pickup Mari was awesome helping me get my brand new glasses fitted. Overall it was a great experience and will definitely be back in the future for my glasses.

ALL I CAN SAY IS KIMMMMMM!!!! I had the GREATEST experience with Kim this morning! She treated me as if I was the only person in the room!!! She found out exactly what I wanted and she kept showing me options and my experience was like I was shopping with my best friend!!!! She took the time to make sure she got it just right! I know I’m going to love my new Coach Glasses!! Also hats off to Tyler, the GM. He was professional, friendly and supported Kim and myself with all of the answers to my questions. Great team and they have me as a customer for life!

I continue to come back to Eyemart Express because Kim and Tyler provide exceptional customer service. This is my second year returning, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. I ended up leaving with four pairs of glasses. Yes, they “hyped me up” into choosing the designer frames I loved, but when I divided the total by all four pairs, I only spent about $180 per pair—which is an incredible deal for quality designer eyewear. The selection is fantastic, the store is always clean, and even the technician in the back is friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure you receive your glasses the same day whenever the lenses are in stock. From start to finish, everyone makes the experience easy and enjoyable. I’m a loyal customer for as long as Kim, Tyler, and the team are there. Highly recommend! 👓✨

We came in at 4pm with 2 broken pairs of glasses and the team were so friendly and got both pairs of glasses ready with new lenses in less than an hour. They were also really great with dealing with my 4 year old who was having a very overtired day and they were so kind and patient with him.
