Staff is friendly and supportive, making the visit smooth and stress-free. I absolutely loved my entire experience at Concord Mills LensCrafters! From the moment we walked in, the professionalism and kindness were evident. From the front desk staff to the doctor, everyone truly made us feel welcomed and cared for. You can genuinely tell they love what they do, and it shows in the way they treated me, my daughter, (previous visit) and my son-in-love. I’ve visited another LensCrafters location in the past, and it was nowhere near the same experience. Every LensCrafters location should strive to mirror the professionalism, expertise, and exceptional customer care shown here. I was reluctant to visit Reflect Vision Care due to the logistics of being inside of a mall. Although the staff were kind & professional and Dr Helin took time to explain everything and was very thorough with my care. Overall I was very pleased and will be a returning patient in the future. In addition the proximity to LensCrafters made the purchase of new glasses easy peasy.
Reflect Vision Care truly cares for their customers & their customers well-being. They automatically searched coupons without me asking and I appreciate that because I could save every dollar. I recommend Reflect Vision Care for all of your vision needs. The eye exam was so easy and it didn’t take long at all. I was in and out within an hour. The hour included the exam and picking out my frames. The 2 ladies helped me find the perfect frames. The ladies at the front desk were kind and courteous. Dr. Henlin was great. He made sure that all of my questions were answered. It was such a great experience. So, if you need your eyes checked or you just want to grab some new frames, stop on in and you won’t be disappointed.
