I had such a great experience at this office! Patty and Makenzie at the front were both incredibly kind and helpful. I was there alone with my toddler, and they really went out of their way to make everything easier for me. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything. The whole visit was quick, smooth, and stress free. Everyone was so friendly, and I truly appreciate the care they showed. I will always love coming here!

My child has an appointment there yesterday 01/28/26 at 3:00pm. From the time we entered until we were back in the exam room was 5 minutes. Dr Hundley was in our room within another 5 minutes. He is such a great Doctor and very patient with kids. He took his time and made my child feel comfortable during the exam. By 3:30pm we were already next door at their Eyemart store where you choose your glasses. We chose the glasses that fit our needs and the store manager was very helpful in getting everything set up for purchase. By 4:15pm, the glasses had the prescription in them and we were out the door! Never have I visited an eye doctor and from start to finish within 1.5 hrs had the eye exam and a new pair of glasses that same day! I would highly recommend this place!

This was the worst experience I've ever had. I get it that a lot of people don't accept Medicaid and options are limited. But Accuvision is very unprofessional. The staff is nice but the office is ancient. I had to wait 5 weeks to get them. I get a call telling me they were ready. I get there by 2pm they were closed. I wait until today Monday which says they open 8a -5p. I get there and the doors are locked again. Luckily the store manager was there. She got me my glasses out the mail box then said go next door if I needed adjustments. I'm grateful for my glasses but I will never return or recommend anyone to this location.

Super disrespectful!!! Will charge you wrong and be rude to you!!! Laughing in someone’s face when someone is trying to understand something and then got told and charged wrong and YALL MESSED UP AND ADMITTED YALL SCREWED UP!! YET STILL WANT TO BE RUDE TO THE GUEST?!?! Then proceeded to down grade them, yell at them and talk to someone like they’re your child and laugh at them while not letting them speak is so ridiculous!!! Definitely not professional at all!!! Do not go there! Grown woman treating grown adults like kids and talking to them any kind of way and cursing at them and laughing at them is not ok in any way shape or form especially when the person they’re talking to didn’t yell curse or even speak out of term!!!!! And to the lady PATTTY HUDSPETH that was super rude of you and you should be ashamed!

Mrs patty was excellent at our visit she all 4 my kiddo back an done in less than hour..great experience
