The exam went well.the Dr. Was very nice and made me feel comfortable. Also the lady at the front desk was very pleasant and nice. But unfortunately the nurse was not so. Feel like she had a bit of an attitude. You need someone in that area to make your clients feel welcome and comfortable. She did the complete opposite.

Doctor was friendly and thorough. Wait time was disappointing. Arrived early to pick out frames and fill out paper. At my appointment time I was informed that there were 2 patients ahead of me and that doctor takes about 20 to 30 min with each. I think this practice overbooked more patients than what they could handle. Our time is just as valuable as the doctor and it’s unpleasant to have to wait around with a scheduled appointment. My experience with the doctor was extremely pleasant which is why I give them 3 stars. I subtracted 2 stars for the wait time and for the fact that I’ve been scheduled for a follow up without my knowledge. I learned that I was scheduled because I received an email notification. I work in health care and patients are not scheduled without a phone call to ask if the date and time works. Very poor office etiquette in this location.
I am a diabetic and have had some vision issues. I was impressed with the knowledge and proficiency of the entire staff. They are friendly and still professional. We discussed in detail (again) the effects of diabetes on the eyes. We discussed contacts, prescription sunglasses, and other options available to me. They really do care about you and your vision. I left the office feeling good about the visit and seeing the best I've seen in a very long time. I thank you all greatly.
From start to finish, this was a very professional and thorough eye exam. The doctor listened to my questions and concerns, and then answered in a way that made me very comfortable. The technology at this office is top notch. The optician was very patient with me and helpful in choosing my new glasses. He also took the time to clean my current glasses and tighten them up for me. I was very pleased with the experience and look forward to getting my new glasses.
My first time here it was quick and helpful. The check in process very efficient Dr.McAllister sweet and informative.I will be back for my follow up. I didn’t give this a 5 star because the lady who was supposed to help me find glasses was either having a bad day because she had a bad attitude and I felt rushed. She was snappy when I asked her questions. Since she was rude and made me feel rushed I decided to get my glasses offline. She didn’t seem to care either way.
