Today I had my first virtual eye exam, and I must say, it was a great experience! The technology and equipment they used were completely new to me, which made the appointment feel modern and innovative. Although it was different from a traditional eye exam, the process was smooth and never made me feel uncomfortable. Everything moved quickly and efficiently, and the staff made the experience even better. Every person I interacted with had an amazing personality, was welcoming, and made me feel at ease from start to finish. It’s always refreshing to see how technology can improve healthcare while still maintaining a personal touch. Thank you to the entire team for making my visit such a positive one! 👁️✨

Just so others are aware before they schedule an appointment: this is all virtual, there are no optometrists on site. What that means in a practical sense is that many visits can be delayed based on how many doctors are working at any given time. I had a 3pm appointment and by 5:15pm I still had not been seen. The staff told me there are usually many more doctors available, but on that day there were only 2 for some reason. This defeats the purpose of having an appointment I would recommend you go to an in-person optometrist for your yearly exam, or be prepared to be at this visit for longer than anticipated.

I can always rely on this business to come through when you need them. Ive been a customer for 2 yrs. I've never been charged for a quick repair or adjustment. I appreciate good businesses that respect their customers' quality assurance. I want to recognize the gentleman that helped me out this time, and there have been many that have helped me there. Pablo was a great help and within a few minutes, both glasses fixed/ adjusted. Thank you so much for the great customer service.

I went here for the low price thinking I would get a good pair of glasses. The customer service was good. I got two pairs of glasses for $100 my expectations were too high. This was a complete waste of both my time and money. The glasses I got were so weak it didn’t make a difference if I was wearing them or not. I am disappointed with my eyeglasses I will not return you can get a better pair of glasses from the Dollar Tree.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I have made this appointment in advance. Got a call today saying my appointment for Saturday was canceled due to the Dr's not being available last min at closing time on Thursday to see their patients. This puts some of us looking for another Dr to see for our appointments. I work in a dr office and I can not take off during the week most all my stuff has to be done after work or on the weekends. WAY TO GO PUTTING CLIENTS FIRST!!!!
