The office staff were very polite and professional and friendly. Making me feel comfortable. The technician explained the products needed and the varied costs of each item. Plus the coverage available from my Humana insurance. The doctor was also polite, professional and friendly as well. She completely exam the results of my exam and discussed habits that would help not to exacerbate my condition. All in all a Wonderful experience

My whole visit was great! From Patti at the front desk checking me in, who was absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, and efficient! To Dynesty and Dr. Luu who were helpful and very caring about my eye health, down to the speedy checkout process. The process was easy and Chris did a great job helping me get the best deal possible for my new pair of glasses and replacement lenses for my existing pair! I highly recommend this location! They have a great staff and truly care about their patients!

Patti at the front desk was very warm and welcoming when I first arrived. She was very friendly and got me checked in right away. She let me know things were running a bit behind and I appreciate that greatly!! Dynesty was super nice and made me feel at ease when she was doing her tests. She made me feel like an old friend catching up and was also very welcoming. Dr. Luu was very kind and did a lot of testing to try and get an idea of what all was going on. She was helpful and very professional.
