Accuvision Eye Care - Winston-Salem (Eyemart)

I was told by dr Sheridan that I needed a surgical procedure for my left cataract lens and they would set up the referral 1 month later, after calling 3-4 times leaving messages, going by the office I still have not heard from them. I wonder if it were their eyes or family member they would be so apathetic. They were quick to get their money for the exam. But now I have to go get another exam and pay again because they are too lazy to follow through. I would suggest to anyone not to go there.

I would not recommend this office at all. I had a contact exam on March 3 and was told trial lenses (daily and monthly) would be ordered and I’d be called when they arrived. I never got a call and had to follow up myself weeks later. When I went in, they only had the daily trials (5-day supply) and said the monthly lenses were still coming. After multiple weeks and more calls, they still didn’t have them. Throughout this entire process, I wasn’t given a prescription, leaving me unable to order contacts while I was running out. I finally received a prescription for daily lenses on April 13, over a month later. I still haven’t heard anything about the monthly trials. Communication is poor, and the front desk is difficult to reach and not helpful. Overall, a very frustrating experience.

My experience at AccuVision ended up being very positive. The doctor was extremely thorough during my exam and took the time to carefully address my dry eye issues. I really appreciated how much attention was given to explaining what was going on and offering several helpful recommendations to improve it. It’s clear they genuinely care about patient eye health and not just rushing people through an appointment. I left feeling much more informed and confident about how to manage my dry eyes. Thank you for the attentive care. You could vacuum the carpet in the waiting room!!! 😂

I had the best customer service experience from one of your associates. If I can remember I think her name was Armani. I was just browsing the city looking for a new eye care center and came across Accuvision. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. I told her I would definitely be making an appointment soon.

Can not get anyone to answer their phone, finally left message on Friday morning, may 8th, have not received a response yet, as of May 13th. I'm a new patient, will not be going back!!
