I came into this Wal Mart on Saturday, August 22 around 10 am. My 7 year old Lab accidentally ate my heart medication, poison control told me to induce Vomiting. I pulled up to purchase hydrogen peroxide to induce the vomiting. Your employees helped me find the Peroxide and One of your employees stood outside and watched my car left in the fire lane. I am forever grateful for your employees that helped me get in and out that store within less than two minutes. I’m happy to report that my dog is fine and doing great. I will forever be grateful to your employees for their kindness and empathy during my terrible situation. One young man was collecting the carts and waited until I returned. The other was a man looked like pricing he was so quick to find that peroxide. Thank you so much for helping me save my dogs life.

The lady who works the dressing room is so RUDE!! This isn't my 1st time having issues with her rude behavior. I told her I was going to try on clothes & asked how many can I take in, she says "Eight, you should know that!" like I'm supposed to remember. Then she tells me to hurry up because she has things she has to do. I asked her what time does the dressing room close, she says 9pm. This took place around 7-7:30pm. You sure did pick the wrong profession for someone who hates being bothered. From this moment on I will continue to report her bad behavior every time I encounter it! I encourage everyone to go to the Newport Walmart & try on clothes!! She needs a major attitude adjustment!!

Nobody in any department bothers to answer their phones. I’ve called no less than 15 times over a few hours (with time in between I understand being busy in the moment) and absolutely nobody answered no matter the department I pressed. This is ridiculous. I can’t even speak to a manager because the Human Resources won’t pick up either. Incredibly unprofessional and rude. All I was trying to do was ask if anyone has found my lost wallet and turned it in.

I was on vacation about a month ago and I showed up late to the store. However I met an associate named Katie who helped me find exactly what I needed. She was attentive and friendly, she made my day.
