Kristy Gill is an awesome therapist who has really helped our son make healthy strides this past year with his ADHD. He also sees RN Jolie who manages his medication and it’s really nice having his MH care under one facility and the two therapist are able to communicate with each other so we can have a cohesive health care plan for our kiddo. The front office staff is always professional and welcoming. We have been at FCC for a little over a year and we are very happy with our progress that our son has made and his overall care here! 5⭐️

Facility came well recommended but assigned provider was more focused on herself than the patient. If bad care wasn’t enough the billing department is the worst we’ve ever seen in medical. They charged our card almost $2,000 without even sending a bill first. We’d been fighting to get a refund for nearly two months, have been promised calls back dozens of times, left more than a dozen messages, nothing. On June 19th a refund was promised and apologies were made for the “billing mistake” it’s now July 2nd and no refund has shown up, and back to being dumped into voicemail after voicemail. Maybe you’ll get a good provider, but their Billing department is beyond awful. If you have anxiety issues this isn’t the place for you..

My family has used 2 providers at the Cordera location for 2 different issues. I like the clinic cohort model for accountability and quality control of providers. Stacey Hind is an outstanding therapist!

My son really likes Ms Kristy's happy attitude and honesty. I also like Ms Francescas room design,it makes it feel homey & welcoming. The entire place is very calm and I feel like it is very welcoming.

The lack of communication and dubious billing is just the beginning of the issues. The provider in question, Shannon Graves, can't be bothered to respond to inquiries. They are more than happy to apply any billing code they can "reasonably" justify to increase the amount due by the insured. When you reach out to find out why you are getting billed for 2, 30 minute appointments for the same 25 minute interaction, you won't get a response. When you email the billing department...crickets. When you call and sit on hold for the billing department for 20 minutes only to be forwarded to voice mail...radio silence. If you have questions about anything be prepared to be billed for the pleasure. The ability to evade responsibility is epic.
