I waited over 2 weeks for an appointment here from the referral from my PCP for a chalazion removal that I have had for over a month. They dialated my eyes, checked eye pressure etc. I was optimistic until the Dr. came in. She didn’t even let me get a word in or asked if I had any questions because I had plenty. She was very dismissive and as she was ready to leave. Very rushed. I did not feel comfortable. Not only did she touch my eye without any gloves!!!!! But she said it was a stye because it got better over the weeks of waiting??! Then literally told me to do exactly the same thing I’ve been doing all this time. I wasted my time. Now I have to wait 6 weeks to see if this new set of ointment and eye drops will work and that I would need a referral for a surgeon?? Then what was this referral for?!

Testing was very limited for the problem my son had with his vision. Office staff was not very friendly or helpful. Went to the other office on Menifee first, then sent all the way to Riverside for better equipment and not much of a difference happened in the exam. Very unhappy with this office and staff. My son had 2 strokes and Congestive Heart Failure and it seemed as though they were not in the least interested in seeing what he will need in the future. Was told to see a optometrist to purchase glasses. No type of details about him losing his peripheral vision and anything that could help with this problem. This should have been addressed by them COMPLETELY. Felt like they were just doing the bare minimum with him to collect their fees. Will not return, looking for a new Doctor to help him, he's very depressed about the visit and lack of communication..

I’ve been seeing Dr. Tom Chang since 2020. It’s been a couple years now since I’ve seen him to treat my Diabetic Retinopathy due to my insurance provider changes. I recently returned to the same nice staff at the Riverside office. I use to see him in Palm Desert as well. Everyone in both offices I’ve been to are always so kind and empathetic to everyone’s needs and situation. They always make me feel so welcome and comfort me when I have been in tears with my struggles to see. I love this team. I won’t go anywhere else and I highly recommend anyone who has their own struggle to improve their eyesight. Thanks so much everyone!

Acquity Vision Care on Brockton is The Best in Riverside. Dr. Saba and The doctors and Staff always make me feel comfortable and loved, while they take excellent care of my eyes. I am so impressed by the visit I recently had in Riverside with Dr. Chang of Acuity Eye Group! First of all, I was able to be scheduled same day with Dr Tom Chang (their vitreoretinal specialist) due to the symptoms I was having, signaling the possibility of a retinal tear. He was very professional and was able to quickly but thoroughly assess my eye condition and clearly explain to me the age-related cause as well as relieve my mind over concerns of a retinal tear. He also wanted to reassess in a month and instructed me to let him know right away if I had any further trouble so I could be seen sooner. Both Dr. Chang and his office staff are extremely professional yet pleasant to work with. I am grateful to have found Acuity Eye Group to help me protect and care for the health of my eyes!
