Been going to ADA Vision for 10 years now. Never had a bad experience. I had my check up yesterday with Dr. Mathieson and wow what a really nice person and a great experience. She was so knowledgeable and explained everything so that I could understand it. What a great asset to the staff at Ada Vision Center.

I have been a patient at Ada Vision since 2004. The past few years since Dr. Noble retired has been frustrating. The OD's, billing and the front office staff were less than helpful and professional. I was ready to find a new OD. WOW! My appointment with Dr. Tiana Matheson on July 16, 2026, reinstated my confidence. She listened to my frustrations with the practice and understood. Most importantly, she fitted me with a set of contact lenses improving vision 100%. She is INTUITIVELY BRILLANT!!! Thank you Dr. Matheson. Great improvement with the receptionist too
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Harsini and his entire team. I’ve trusted him with my regular eye care for a few years and have always received thoughtful, thorough, and kind treatment. Recently, I went through a more complicated corneal issue, and I was so grateful to already be established with this office. Dr. Harsini was calm, patient, and incredibly reassuring throughout the process. He carefully adjusted my treatment as things evolved and took the time to explain what was happening, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I always felt listened to and genuinely cared for. The staff was phenomenal as well — responsive, accommodating, and compassionate every step of the way. I truly feel confident in the care I receive here and would highly recommend this office for both routine eye care and more complex concerns.
Do not use Ada Vision Center. I have been visiting Ada Vision Center for 8 years for exams and glasses. Insurance has always covered the service that I received in the past, and I have the same insurance. For the past two years, Ada Vision Center's insurance and billing practices have continuously left me exasperated. After erroneously filing my insurance claims under the wrong code in 2024, it took both myself AND my insurance company multiple attempts over two months (yes, the insurance company was on my side) for them to code my treatment with the correct format. Fast forward to 2025, and Ada Vision Center has done it again. After receiving the insurance denial, I spoke with the insurance company on November 16th, 2025, and then again with Ada Vision Center right after the same day. Ada Vision Center assured me that they would clear it up with insurance directly, I didn't have to worry about it, and I would not receive a bill from them. Fast forward to today, nearly four months later, and I have now received a bill from Ada Vision Center for over $200 alleging that insurance is not covering the cost. Not once did Ada Vision Center ever follow up with me over the last four months. On top of that, they're LIEING on this bill. They have once again provided incorrect dates of service (for the second year in a row), claiming that I had my appointment on a day that I didn't receive service on, and that date was two weeks later than when I received service. And they're claiming that there has been an "insurance adjustment" of $25, but my insurance company was clear with me that they weren't paying ANY of the amount until Ada Vision Center resubmitted their paperwork. The $25 "insurance adjustment" is likely to be my co-pay that I paid in 2025. Insurance adjustments and copays are not the same thing. I will never bring my business back to Ada Vision Center.
Dr. Tiana is hands down one of the Very Best Eye Drs I’ve ever been to!! She fine tuned my vision and now I can see perfectly!! Thank you ADA Vision Center for bringing her here and Welcome back home Tiana!!
