I had a wonderful experience at Elevate Eye Care. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable, especially thanks to Kiana, who assisted me before I saw the doctor. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive, which made the entire process feel very easy and enjoyable. Their kindness and welcoming attitude really stood out and helped set a positive tone for the rest of my appointment. I asked a bunch of questions during the pre-testing and Kiana made sure to explain in detail and answer my questions thoroughly. I truly appreciated the experience and attitude Kiana had and would happily recommend this office to others!
My daughter had such a wonderful experience here getting her glasses! She absolutely loves her new glasses, and Dr. Rodriguez was so patient and welcoming throughout the entire experience. Johnny was also incredibly helpful in helping her find the perfect frames and making the whole process enjoyable. We really appreciate how friendly and caring everyone is! Highly recommend!

I have had the pleasure of working with the staff at Elevate Eye Care twice. Both times were for an issue with dry eye. I know I have found my new optometrist after two visits. They have a beautiful selection of eyeglass frames and the optometrist is very thorough and careful while performing her exam on your eyes. You will not be disappointed if you give them a call and set up an appointment for an exam or even just a glasses adjustment to get started.
