Vision One is hands down one of the best optical offices in town. Dr. Fronk, has and will always have my husband's eyes best interest at heart. My husband started seeing Dr. Fronk 20+ years ago. He takes such good care of his patients, he takes good care of my husband! He doesn't rush our appointment. I trust and respect Dr. Fronk! I highly recommend him as your potential optometrist!
I've been going to Vision One ever since it became obvious that my arms were too short to hold papers far enough away from my face to read. The entire staff always does a great job. From the friendly reception, the efficient testing attendants, meeting with the optometrist, and the excellent service with frames, the whole process is smooth and quick. I've dropped in many times with adjustment needs on my frames and they are always prompt and polite. If you need eye care, "see" your way to Vision One...(sorry).
It’s crazy to think I’ve been seeing Dr. Chong for 3 years, but luckily eye appointments are short and sweet. I come annually to get my eye glasses prescription renewed, and I have absolutely no complaints. From check in to check out, I feel delicately handled and treated respectfully. Dr. Chong and team converse with you like friends. It is so easy. The glasses in shop are a bit fancy for me, but they have a very nice selection. The staff even replaced my cheap nose pads. ❤️
They were all great. Dr told me all the things I wanted to hear even though I need new glasses . The lady he turned me over to was helpful. She did the checking for my glasses fitting correctly explained the cost and even caused me to feel better about my insurance.
Excellent attention and explanations by Dr Bender. He spent a lot of time checking and double-checking my vision and made sure to set a reminder for himself for a referral I need. A great, reassuring visit, never felt rushed at all. Highly recommend Vision One.
