An error on my part brought a successful conclusion. I had my eye exam scheduled for 12:30 PM on my phone, but my appointment was actually at 11:30 AM. Dr. Vinci had an opening later that same afternoon and his staff was able to fit me in. All done very courteous and professional. And of course the exam Dr. Vinci and his staff provides is very thorough and concise. I'm very happy with my experience!
Went there today. What a great experience! Was tested on 5 machines within minutes. Professional and clean. Doctor was great and even reception was easy. Was set up to meet with eye surgeon quickly and efficiently. This is definitely my new go to eye doctor!
Best Eye Dr Ever. I called this am when my daughter was having eye pain. They got us right in. All the staff where so nice and very professional. The Dr was knowledgeable and the appointment went great. Highly recommend!
My visit yesterday was a great experience. Dr Vinci was very thorough and professional. I was pleasantly surprised at the cutting edge technology he used in diagnosing my eye problem. I didn’t know there is a facility in our area that has the technology Dr Vinci has there. I highly recommended Adirondack Eye Care.
A friendly greeting upon entering. A very knowledgeable staff that makes very comfortable and understanding. They get in within the first ten minutes. You're never rushed and they take the time to answer any and all questions. Never at anytime was i uncomfortable asking questions. I highly recommend Adirondack Eye Care.
