As usual the staff was welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr. Vinci was also welcoming and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed and I walk away confident that a good eye exam was done.
This is a wonderful place. Very professional looking and the staff is professional and yet they make you feel like you’re a friend who stopped by. They’re glad to see you. They want to assist. I could be critical but after my three or four times at the Eye Care Center Of Rome I have yet to find anything to be critical love. Today I dealt mostly with Erica and she took her time and used her knowledge to answer my questions.
Kayla has been great to my wife and I for years. We always comment on how we appreciate her character. I know it’s just a doctor appointment but she leaves a lasting impression. Thanks Kayla!
