First negative review, I have ever written about a business. This has to deal with the herkimer office. I called in today as I am a patient asking about my script and which contact goes in which eye. I was met with hostility from the receptionist and I will no longer be a patient at this establishment. Please take me off your mailing list!

Excellent service and thoroughly exceptional experience. The front staff is welcoming and efficient, the waiting is minimal, even when seen on emergency basis. Dr Wadas is wonderful. He listens intently, explains your concerns in detail and answers your questions. The friendliness and professionalism shines throughout the whole visit.

My visit to the ophthalmologist today was great. The first impression was very pleasant. All the office workers are very friendly. Communication with the ophthalmologist and the entire first visit were very impressive.
