The in store care team was extremely professional and courteous with my time. Charlie and the other nurses in the pre test area were phenomenal! The wait time to see a doctor was ridiculous I had a 5pm appointment and a remote dr didn’t jump on to see me until 6:40.
I was assisted by a sales rep. at the store in New Hartford, NY. Arthur was incredibly knowledgeable. He gave me an honest answer about the frames that I picked out, and helped me pick frames that suited my face shape. He is so professional. He also after telling him what I did for work he encouraged me to get some stronger frames. In which I'm glad I did because they are stronger and more durable.
The stem on my glasses got separated from the frame because a screw fell out. I took it in to America's Best and was helped by Charlie. He was great and very cooperative. I was out quickly with a repaired set of glasses. I don't live in Utica, but my sister does and she has the vision issues. I suspect that America's Best will get her business in the future.
Crystal provided excellent service (New Hartford, NY). She worked so hard so that our visits were fast, easy, and fruitful. She helped us replace my lenses with my new prescription during visit 1, then fitted and adjusted things on visit 2. She is so skillful and focused. I wish Crystal worked at every store I frequent. She’s a keeper.
Brought my Fiancee to get new glasses as hers were broken. Paid out of pocket, wasn't too bad price wise. Now they told us roughly two weeks which would have been the 21st of the month. Came and went, called a few days after and was told they were done on the fifteenth but hadn't been shipped out yet. Then after she asked how long they thought it would be the man just hung up. Called back and the person she spoke to just said they didn't know and once again hung up. Currently the 25th and still no clue, price is good and when we were there getting her vision test done the people were pleasant as could be but trying to figure out if or when we will actually receive her new glasses has been a nightmare.
