From beginning to end of my appointment, I walked in and was greeted by everyone in the front. Professional and courteous. Told them I had an appointment at 1040, the ask for some info, explained in full detail what the insurance covered and offered to have a sit or to browse the selection. I was called back to room very promptly and my exam started. Very throughly and knowledgeable of every aspect of the process. After the exam I was called up to sit down and try on some glasses and had a full run down of timeframe and cost expectations for the lenses and contacts I ordered. I was so happy with my full experience with the whole team. So amazed at the professional friendly warm atmosphere of the location in new Hartford. Kudos to the whole team. I can't wait to go back when the order comes in.

Service was pretty fast, and the staff was very polite, upbeat, and helpful. Even had a few laughs with Joseph Montanaro, one of the staff members. Man did that guy stand out to me! Only thing is I wish they had more designer glasses(or any at all because it seemed as if i couldn't find any during my visit) and less rules around what can and can't be done with already owned frames. Besides that i'd recommend.

My review is overdue, but I was doing a review for another business and had wanted to do one for Vision Works in New Hartford. Last time I was there, everyone was very professional. The manager (and I'm sorry I don't remember your name!) was so kind and courteous and took the time with me to answer my question. The virtual Dr. was great both times I saw him in consult for my contacts. And both individuals who do the glasses fittings were wonderful as well. Overall, a phenomenal experience! Thank you.

Great experience from Techs to Doctor and Head Manager at the desk to the wonderful vision expert that measured my glasses and prepared lenses and came up with the the great price. You people are awesome. My son was with me and could get over how friendly and accommodating everyone was. Thank you.

Everything went really well from the exam to fitting for glasses. The two gentleman that helped me were very professional and knowledgeable in their fields. And I took the recommendations for what lenses to get as I work in the maintenance industry and a big time outdoors man. So I wanted lenses that would last me if I happened to drop them (probably will) more than a few times.
