⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding service before my big trip! I can't thank this office enough for saving the day before my two-month trip to Europe! They got my glasses fixed and made sure my contact lenses arrived right on time. A special shoutout to Brandy and Lana for their incredible help, attention to detail, and top-tier customer service. Excellent practice. Staff is very friendly. Doctor was thorough and explained. Haven't had many eye issues over the years, but now as I have passed 65 the eyes just aren't what they used to be, but they helped with solutions for that.
Dr. Waterman goes above and beyond to compassionately, professionally and efficiently care for me every time. They also have some wonderful staff who are kind, very diligent and helpful especially Yu Nas and two others who I recently met: Lana and Coleen. They are extremely blessed to have Alice and Denise as office staff that truly are very efficient AND go out of their way to meet all your needs. Their patience and kindness are greatly appreciated. I feel very blessed to have found such wonderful care for the many years I have been associated with them.
I've been going here for years but recently the experience has suffered greatly. Don't even bother calling the office and choosing option 4 for eyeglasses- you will NEVER get an answer, only a voicemail. Other reviews seem to echo this growing issue with unresponsive staff. One lady at the front desk can also be downright rude, like how dare I come in for my appointment? The last two pairs of glasses I ordered were "delayed" for one reason or another. I was told the one time that the order was never actually placed due to a system error. My wife got her glasses from a competitor faster than estimated so it's not a universal issue with all lens providers.
I’ve been a patient here for many years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. For almost a month, I tried to get someone to contact me—two voicemails, a website message, a mailed letter, and even an in‑person visit. The receptionist promised a call back, and I left a letter for the doctor. I never received a single response. I had my annual exam in October and paid for a contact lens evaluation. The doctor ordered two trial lenses and told me to call once I tried them. When the trials arrived, the office said one was incorrect and needed to be reordered. After that, communication stopped completely. Despite all my attempts, I received zero follow‑up. I’ve now had to go elsewhere and pay for another exam because this office simply would not communicate. I genuinely wonder if the doctors even know how unresponsive their office has become—especially when patients are told to call back and report which trial contacts worked so prescriptions can be finalized and orders can be placed.
