I was anxious about undergoing cataract surgery, but had a great experience with Dr. Costello and his staff. Everyone was kind and courteous, and made the whole process very easy. The best part is I now have 20/20 vision!
The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately I recently had a peripheral eye exam which the tech never told me until the end of the exam to keep my eye focused on the yellow light. I was told to reschedule as the results would not be accurate. I arrived to repeat the test and they said it was fine according to the doctor and if I wanted it repeated I could pay for it. They recommended I repeat the exam as it would not be accurate. I wonder how my insurance company would feel that they paid for test that was poorly adminstered, Unprofessional.
My experience with Dr Patrick Costello & his staff was beyond my expectations. I had cataracts removed from both eyes recently & am so very pleased with my results. In my view, not only is Dr Costello a “miracle worker” but the nicest man you could ever meet.I would recommend Costello Eye Physicians to anyone looking for the best in upstate New York
Dr Patrick Costello performed Catarct surgery on both eyes and gave me perfect vision. He was professional, caring and made the entire process seamless. His staff was exceptional.
He was is a fantastic doctor. He did my laser cataract surgery for both eyes and do not need glasses except for computer use. I'm thrilled.
