The woman “helping” us was rude. I get that it was busy but we patiently waited (and patiently waited longer after being told that they were going to help other customers before our notary needs.) We will be sure to never return to this location again. The younger kids on staff seemed very kind and I’m sorry that they have to work with such a bad example of leadership. Update- Never say never. We returned to this location to use the self service return counter. Didn’t have to interact with anyone but the person at the counter was welcoming as we came in and made sure to let us know she could help if we needed anything.

Isaiah, hope my spelling is correct, was the best! I had trouble with Amazon returns and he fixed my problem in under a minute. It's wonderful to see such excellent service, with a smile, too, in these modern times. Thanks! June 2026. Another 5 star experience with this store. Great place! Keep it up.
So glad I decided to go to this UPS store to ship my daughters gaming PC and monitor. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The entire transaction was beyond expectations. They took the time to measure each item and talk through the charges. They got me the best possible deal. I will go back if I ever need to ship something again.
I ship a lot of packages through UPS as I prefer them over FedEx by far. I used to drop off at Ace Hardware, but have started going out of my way to use the UPS Store in Rome. Normally, the male employee with the glasses is really nice and super helpful, but they were busy today with a long line and I didn't get him. They moved it quickly and while waiting, I forwarded my two labels to their email so I wouldn't hold the line up like I have done several times this week. The girl who I got tried to charge me several dollars for the printing of the two labels even though I had already paid for the shipping! She wanted like $1.19 or $1.29 for each label, which is ludicrous because the guy helping me days before, only charged me $0.49 each for four labels for the Post Office. Why would I pay for a UPS label for a UPS shipment, and more than twice the price for another carrier's label? I looked in shock and asked her why? I told her I've never paid for a label before and I had been there four times this week already. She insisted that was a cost and she repeated whatever the cost was, so as I reached for my bag, I said, "Wow, I've never been charged before", and before I got my wallet out, she said, "Then have a nice day", in a very rude and condescending tone, then proceeded to throw the receipt in the trash. I stared blankly as I turned to walk out, and she repeated, loudly, "Then have a nice day!" I walked out without saying a word. I don't know that I'd ever have the balls to talk to a customer like that, especially in a busy store full of other customers who witness that type of rudeness, but by the other reviews I've read, apparently I'm not the only one who has experienced the poor attitude of this woman. I didn't catch her name, though. I will if I see her again. If it keeps up, I'll use another carrier or location.
Except for the few times I've waited up to 10 minutes next in line, the experience here is quick and friendly. I see some people have written about the woman negatively who seems to be working most often. I've had some frustrating moments with her where she makes a question or seeking information agitating, but for better or worse she gives a consistent experience. She is attentive, high energy, efficient, and gets the job done. There are two men looking to be in their 20s working there as of late that are very pleasant and I've seen them deal with more than mild issues in a gentle and helpful manner. Overall, this is a UPS store that I trust to provide the services I visit for.
