My visit 2day friday June 12 went very smoothly and it might have been one of the best visits I've had. Dr Lake and his staff of ladies are amazing and were helpful and understanding. Wish I could remember the girls names that helped me but I didn't catch it so hopefully she'll be there when I pick my glasses up so I can thank her again. Thanks again Dr Lake & staff
This my first time here and the staff and doctors were amazing. I usually do all my appointments (generally speaking) in the city/manhattan and the city doesn’t even have machine like they do so I felt much more comfortable and satisfied knowing I’m being taking care of. They were very detailed and polite and all the above. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10.
I was stung on the eyelid by a Yellowjacket.The office staff accommodated my appointment need immediately. Dr Ocampo is compassionate and thorough. It was reassuring to know the stinger was not in the swelling We established a care plan. What to do if the situation worsened thank you all for taking such good. Care of me.
Everyone here was the upper echelon of who to hope for in the medical field. I called a few minutes after opening, as I had a worsening condition that had my left eye in complete blur. Rosie picked up, and said although they were quite full to let her see what she could do and give me a call back. Sure enough, she called and managed to fit me in day of. Upon meeting her she was welcoming, remembered my situation, and helped to get me in and out. Both Dr. Lake and Dr. Ocampo were extremely friendly, calming, and helped to ease any questions or concerns before I even had to ask. True professionals all around. Thank you team and I appreciate all that you do!!
Had a wonderful experience. Dr. Gary Lake is amazing and very friendly. He went above and beyond to explain everything in detail during the exam. His staff was also great. Highly recommend!
