I like dealing with Middletown medical, they have the best call center with Hardly No wait time. Compared to Crystal run, or horizon medical, I always get fast service an appointments or when you need them not a couple months out. I like the fact that I was called to review my test results on a virtual visit, I didn’t have to leave my house and the test results just came out, so there was no weight there, very efficient with staff, I used to have horizon medical but I switched to Middletown medical for the efficiency and I find my health and better care with this establishment

Dr. Gulati has been one of my doctors I believe since 1988 or 89. Around those years and he's been the best out of all of them! The other Doctors also and Nurse Practitioners and definitely the Nurses are the best. The People who run the office with the appointments deal with a lot and I want them to know that they are the best out of all the offices at any other office. Thank you to all of you who work in this field!

I had a great experience at Middletown Medical. The facility is excellent, the staff is professional, and you can tell they are truly patient-centered. I highly recommend Dr. Simpson.

Dr. Gapay Alexander has been my Primary Care doctor for over 25 years. You can't find a better Doctor in the whole world as knowledgeable as him. Very good bed side manners. His Nurse Connie is very respectful and considerate at all times. Nurse Connie is a very professional nurse and his as gentle and kind as the nurses you read about. Those 2 help me keep going with Diagnosis as a Cancer Patient 4 years ago. I know they will help steer me the right direction without hesitation. The front desk receptionist are kind also when you're dealing with Cancer.

I want to give recognition to Brian Segarra at Middletown Medical Urgent Care. Brian is a true professional, who cares about his patients. He was polite, caring, thorough on performing patient intake. He also checked in during my wait time to make sure all was good. Having good staff like Brian makes an already stressful visit alot better.
